Access to Information

The right of access to information held by the Zagreb University of Applied Sciences (TVZ) is governed by the Croatian Act on the Right of Access to Information (Official Gazette „Narodne novine“ No. 25/13, 85/15 and 69/22). This right entitles users to request and receive information, and obliges the University to provide access to the requested information and to publish information regardless of whether a request has been made.

How to Submit a Request

A request for access to information may be submitted in writing to the University’s address, by e-mail to pristup-informacijamatvzhr, or orally for the record. The request forms (request for access to information, request for the re-use of information, and request for supplementing or correcting information) are available below, among the documents in the „Forms and Requests“ category.

The University is entitled to reimbursement of the actual material costs incurred in providing the information, in accordance with the Criteria for determining the amount of the fee under Article 19 of the Act.
