1. Get informed

Choose the study you are interested in and learn about requirements, deadlines and documents.

This page explains how to enrol at TVZ. Procedures differ depending on whether you apply as a domestic (Croatian / EU) student, an international degree-seeking student, or an Erasmus+ exchange student.

Domestic and EU applicants

Enrolment in undergraduate professional studies is carried out through the national higher-education application system (Postani student / NISpVU), based on results from the State Matura exams and programme-specific criteria. Graduate professional studies have their own application calls published by TVZ.

Detailed Croatian-language instructions, criteria and current deadlines are published on the TVZ admissions pages and updated for each academic year.

International degree-seeking students

If you wish to complete a full programme at TVZ, the typical steps are:

  • Recognition of prior foreign education (academic recognition of your secondary-school or undergraduate qualification).
  • Proof of language proficiency for the language of instruction.
  • Submission of required documents and meeting the programme’s admission criteria.

Because requirements depend on your country and qualification, please contact the International Office early in the process – see International students & Erasmus+.

Erasmus+ exchange students

Incoming Erasmus+ students follow a separate nomination and application procedure managed with their home institution. Courses for incoming students are delivered in English. Full details and contacts are on the International students & Erasmus+ page.
