Sažetak
One of the processes of additive manufacturing, Digital Light Processing – DLP, used as a material photopolymer resin, which is cross-linked by the light beam from the projector. The products have complicated geometry, with a high level of dimensional precision, surface quality, with properties of transparency, improved flexibility, strength and/or biocompatibility. However, in order to achieve these properties, after processing, the products must undergo post-processing, which consists of several steps, such as washing the excess resin in a solvent, additional UV curing and surface finishing. In this work, an analysis regarding the influence of different times of additional UV curing on photosensitive polymer resin with two different DLP 3D printers was performed. The analysis was performed according to a customized one-factor experimental design with the ANOVA module. The aim of this work is to investigate whether there are significant deviations in the flexural properties of photopolymer resin made with two different DLP 3D printers after post-curing. The results showed that the flexural strength and modulus of both 3D printers increases with the increase in post-curing time, while the flexural deformation up to 2.5 min of post-curing increases and then decreases.
