Sažetak

This paper presents a simple simulation model of the transmission-reflection-line procedure which is adapted for characterization of the electric properties of textile materials. The model is used for evaluating the influence of the inaccuracies of the obtained reflection and transmission coefficient onto the retrieved permittivity and conductivity. The measured parameters of wool are used while measurement accuracy is emulated by varying number of mesh cells in simulations. The obtained scattering parameters depending on mesh cell number are compared to the ones calculated analytically. It is found that both, measurements and simulations need to be very precise since the textile materials are thin and with low permittivity and losses. The full sensitivity analysis together with comparison of the simulated and measured results will be given in final paper.
