In this work the noise sources and properties of noise spectrum of the Adriatic Sea are analyzed. Sea noise sources and noise spectrum characteristics are defined, and the results of the Adraitic Sea noise research performed at a location "Central Adriatic", with 200 (m) distance from the coast down to sea depth of 40 (m), in 10-50 (kHz) frequency range are given. The result of this work is the representative noise spectrum of the Adriatic Sea for given location and it is compared with results obtained for other seas by other researchers. Three characteristic spectral parts of the Adriatic Sea noise spectrum are described. This work represents a contribution to the modeling of acoustic properties at particular locations of Adriatic Sea.
