Quality of speech transmissions over 802.11 wireless networks
Sažetak
Rapid development of 802.11 networks over the past few years has enabled us to successfully transmit speech over wireless data networks. This enabled users to transmit data and speech simultaneously over corporate networks. Users are able to do it while roaming through the facility. In this paper we will show how mobility of the users and simultaneous transfer of data and speech over wireless networks affects speech quality. We will also suggest how to minimize impact of these parameters on the quality of transferred speech.
