Sažetak
This paper presents a real-time multi-factor authentication system operating in bi-spectral regions: visible (VIS) and near-infrared (NIR). One of the protective measures for authentication incorporates INFRAREDESIGN® technology. Information separation is achieved by organizing data and security elements on the identification card into bi-spectral regions. The identification card is produced using the CMYKIR method and digital printing. Spectroscopy of dyes used in digital printing ensures efficient information separation. The system is designed with bi-spectral camera: the first camera records video of the user in the visible spectrum, while the second camera simultaneously captures video in the
near-infrared spectrum. Authentication factors include possession of an identity card featuring a protected portrait photo for facial biometric authentication, a QR code with encrypted data, and other graphic elements visible in the visible or near-infrared spectrum. The system employs optimized models for fast, real-time recognition of faces, QR codes, and other markers in both spectral regions.
