Overview of Small Antenna Research at the University of Zagreb

The paper presents some research results in the field of small antennas obtained at the Department of Wireless Communications, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb. Various techniques of antenna miniaturization have been used, and several prototypes have been manufactured. Planar antenna structures as shorted patches and stacked shorted patches as well as non-planar antennas have been considered.
