Identified service learning practices in European higher education

Sažetak

This chapter presents the analysis of 49 service learning experiences that were identified as good practices among the 199 that were collected in universities from 11 European countries. The experiences were selected based on 14 quality standards developed in the Europe Engage project. First, concepts related to quality indicators in service learning are presented: principles, essentials and best practice standards. Then, the service learning quality standards that were used in the Europe Engage survey are introduced. The chapter concludes with the analysis of the results of the survey and its conclusions.
