Educational possibilities of the professional aerobics instructors

The aerobics expert are educated in the major Basic kinesiological transformations (BKT), (fitness development), at the Faculty of Physical Education in Zagreb and Split, and within the High school for coaches. The previous experience and the practice in the training of students in BKT and the part-time fitness instructor training students clearly shows that the competent experts in the field of aerobics are more efficient in their work if they acquire the highly professional knowledge in body building and cardiofitness.
