The emphasis of this article is on the proposal of increasing further economic growth in the Republic of Croatia. We give an explanation why cloud computing technologies are important for economic growth, describe how the European Commission keeps track of the Digital Economy skills of member states with the addition of a few economic partner states, and what is the position of Croatia and give proposals on how to approach solving the problem of further economic growth in Croatia by using Digital Economy.
