Developing an advanced market share forecasting based on the Markov chain model

Sažetak

Analytical models for market share forecasting are examined. Markov chain based on diffusion growth model is introduced and it was shown that it is suitable for modelling of diffusion of innovation and new technology, market adoption of consumer durables or subscription products (for example, telecommunications services) for the whole PLC. MCDG model is tested on the fixed broadband access examples.
