Sažetak

Dynamic model of natural gas cooler is determined by measuring the transients of controller output and gas temperature at the cooler output, for different temperatures of disturbance value (regeneration gas). Optimal values of first and second order with dead time (FODT and SODT) transfer functions parameters of cooler's model are determined, which result in the smallest transient error in relation to the real natural gas cooler. Optimal parameters of natural gas cooler's model are determined using program package Matlab and simplex optimization method. Transients of gas temperatures (real natural gas cooler, model of cooler and error of cooler's model) are given in this paper, as well as parameters of natural gas cooler's dynamic model determined by computer optimization. Since parameters of cooler's dynamic model change significantly, elaboration and implementation of natural gas temperature adaptive controller is proposed.
