Sažetak
Interactive Learning: Digital Competences for Innovative Culture (iL-DC4IC) is a four-year (2025-2029) scientific research project investigating the development of students' digital competences and innovative culture in higher education. The main objective is to design and validate a maturity information model of innovative culture. Additional objectives include the development of constructs for the Interactive Learning (iL) and Digital Competences (DC) information packages, the development of maturity models for assessing the Innovative Culture of Students (ICS) and Universities (ICU), and the development of metrics for the formative and summative assessment of learning outcomes of selected courses. The study will adopt a mixed methods research design, analysing the impact of immersive technologies and AI tools on the development of digital competencies and innovative culture. The project is expected to support the digital transition of teaching at University North while fostering the innovative potential and digital competences of students and educators.
