Sažetak
This paper presents the development of a predictive monitoring system for a three-phase induction motor, enabling continuous condition monitoring and timely detection of maintenance requirements. The system is based on real-time acquisition of electrical and vibration data, allowing for a comprehensive analysis of motor operation. The entire measurement and control system is implemented in the TwinCAT 3 environment, which enables data acquisition and processing, implementation of control logic, and visualization of key motor operating parameters. The developed system monitors and analyses relevant parameters, where the reference behavior is established under normal operating conditions as a basis for comparison with potential deviations. By analyzing changes in the measured parameters, it is possible to detect anomalies that may indicate the development of faults. In this way, the system enables timely identification of maintenance needs and contributes to increased system reliability and reduced risk of unexpected downtime.
