Sažetak
This research paper examines the perspectives and attitudes of key stakeholders involved in the enhancement of learning outcomes within study programs. These stakeholders include employers, alumni, and current students enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate economics programs. The principal aim is to develop a conceptual model based on a tripartite approach to learning outcomes. Data collection was conducted through field methods and surveys, yielding responses from 171 participants. The collected data were analysed using descriptive statistical tools, which facilitated the identification of critical information dimensions necessary for the formulation of the tripartite model. The results indicate a balanced perspective concerning the influential factors associated with all three dimensions. Nonetheless, future research may benefit from a longitudinal analysis of the evolving perceptions regarding the significance of learning outcomes with contemporary labour market demands. Furthermore, this paper establishes a framework for additional investigation into the informational and communicative elements related to the established dimensions of the model, exploring how the implementation of modernized learning outcomes may influence stakeholder attitudes and public perception.
