Control of a Standalone DC Voltage Source with Fuel Cell Stack
Sažetak
This paper describes a standalone DC voltage source with fuel cell stack, boost DC/DC converter and buck DC/DC converter connected in series. Output voltage of the boost converter is regulated via PWM duty ratio with cascaded PI controllers. Sliding mode based controller is used for output voltage control of the buck converter. Controller parameters are obtained using optimization techniques in Matlab/Simulink environment. Simulations carried out in Matlab Simulink show system robustness in various operating points determined by the load and steady state accuracy.
