Sažetak

We have developed the double iraredesign technology for the following substrates: polypropylene (PPbopp), polypropylene metalized (PPmet), polypropylene cast (PPcast), polyethylene (PE), polyester (PET) polyamide (PA), aluminum (AL), sleeve films (PET i PVC), paper. Flexoprint dyes are different in comparison to printing dyes made for other printing techniques, so mathematical models have been developed for them as experimental color settings. The dyes are in the form of thick paste for offset and book printing, whereas they are in liquid state for flexoprint. Another difference is that the dyes for flexoprint are transparent, and they are printed on polymer transparent materials, whereas the dyes for offset and book printing are mostly of the covering type. Thereby, IRD technology sets very high standards when planning a design with double transparent pictures. Differences are determined in the technology of hiding information between offset, digital printing and flexoprint on the different materials listed above. Procedures are set for mixing process dyes and spot inks in two ways: mixing preceding the printing process, and algorithm mixing that will take place during printing. 'Invisible graphics' have been carried out for commercial products, graphics that protect the publisher as well as the printer.
