Presentation of the control algorithm for the drive of a workstation in the automotive industry
Sažetak
The article presents a control algorithm intended to control a workstation's drive in the automotive industry. The task of the automatic station with an industrial robot is to transfer a car engine from the production line for finishing to the production line for engine testing. The aim of the article is to present a methodology based on the combination of several computer programs ©EPLAN, ©SAS and ©TIA Portal to create the desired control algorithm. The idea of the algorithm is to speed up the production process, thereby reducing the possibility of human error. In addition, the aim is to enable the execution of as many work operations as possible in as short as possible. In addition, the paper describes and presents a visualization of the human-machine interface for plant control. It was creating using the ©WinCC Unified program.
