We construct a member base to organize and improve an association. It should consist of not just basic information about members which are collected by classic questionnaires, but this classified base should consist of a lot detailed and redundant info which would contain data of members work, their ideas, merits and other members they have inaugurated. The purpose of this classified base is to rank each member’s engagement, so their work and energy strived can be reworded. The intent is to show the members their work and engagement is appreciated and that ones whose work is outstanding will be reworded. Considering today’s world’s underappreciated relations towards human work, engagement, and qualities and rewarding of susceptibility, suitability, family relations, we assume this project could at least partly repay equality during progress and rewording and this project could successfully reduce injustice present in a large number of companies and all the other places where it could be applicable. The aim of this work is to build one digital information base which would guarantee equality and honesty towards members of the organization which would apply it.
