The objective of forecasting in ICT is to enable reliable business decisions used for mid-term and long-term planning or particular challenges/opportunities, such as: introducing new products or services, or appearance of new market or new condition in the existing market. Paper presents methods which are suitable for the demand, market share and revenue forecasting in ICT.
