Sažetak

Optical methods for measuring the three- dimensional shape have a simple measuring process and measuring results can be obtained very quickly. Because of that, these measurement systems are used in the casting industry. These measurement systems have problems with the measurement of dark and transparent objects. To solve this problem coating is applied to the measurement object. In this paper the impact of coating on the measurement results of dimensional and geometric features was analysed. Thus, two different coatings were used and the obtained results were compared and analysed.
