Sažetak
The design of dual medium-voltage substations (DTS 10(20)/0.4 kV) is a complex, interdisciplinary task that integrates electrical engineering, construction, and safety protocols. This paper outlines the essential phases of substation design—from regulatory compliance to detailed technical specifications and equipment selection. It discusses transformer sizing, medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) distribution planning, and the implementation of robust safety measures. In addition, maintenance strategies, methods to minimize energy losses, system optimization, and economic feasibility are examined. The proposed methodology ensures long-term reliability, operational efficiency, and adherence to the highest safety standards, providing valuable insights for engineers and project managers in power distribution infrastructure.
