Improvement of Wearable Energy Harvester Conversion Efficiency by Improvement Antenna- to-Rectifier Impedance Matching
Sažetak
This paper presents an ADS simulation analysis of a simple energy harvester rectifier and an attempt to match the rectifier to a wideband antenna. The energy harvester is a voltage doubler circuit and the antenna has working frequency band from 0.3 to 6 GHz. It operates in the far field region, at low power input, which results in low conversion efficiency. Improvement of rectified output voltage is achieved by construction of Tchebyshev circuit that matches the antenna and voltage doubler in lower frequency band with higher number of sources from which the power could be collected.
